Martin Fire Department maintains 10-15 reserve Fire Fighters. Reserves are required to complete a physical agility test and 40 hours of training prior to employment. After employment Reserves are required to maintain a minimum of 4 hours training per month and work 12 hours a month on a regular shift. Starting pay is $75.00 a month.
