SALARY INFORMATION
The Martin Police Department has a competitive wage plan that is equal to or better than other departments of the same size. Martin Police Department patrol personnel currently receive pay increases on a yearly basis over a seven year period. Top out pay is subject to increase yearly as the city budget appropriates. Currently a patrol officers starting pay is $25,728.00 with a top out rate of $35,272.00 .
